This is my first 5K run since the 4th of this month. I didn’t know if I was up to it. Actually, I didn’t know if my hamstring was up to it. It was a little rough at first. After about 2 kilometers, my hamstring was tightening up already. I kept thinking I should stop, but it got better after I picked up my pace. By 4 kilometers, my lungs were stressing out. I pushed on and finished with my a new 5K time of 28’45”.
