I improved my time on the 5K again. I’m now at 28’01”. I got a nice congrats from Paula Radcliffe. The weather was great. My legs were good. My hamstring injury seems to be completely gone now. I think I need to do some squats or something on the days that I don’t run. I felt a little sluggish half way through. I’m very happy with my progress though. My iPod says that I’ve only ran a total of 6 hours so far. I don’t know what to make of that.
