Excercise: 5K in the Dark

I beat my best 5K again today by 25 seconds. I’m now at 27’26”. I haven’t ran in six days. My legs got tired fairly quick. I had to push through the last half. It was dawn and getting chilly. Well, 58 feels chilly in September.
